Series 1000, Our Most Popular Model

Carrying on the legacy of the Hydroflo design, the AquFlow Series 1000 is our most popular line of hydraulically actuated diaphragm metering pumps. After four decades of continuous product development and improvement, the Series 1000 has proven itself as an industry standard for chemical dosing pumps.

Its rugged and compact, unibody design allows it to withstand pressures of up to 4000 PSI and flow capacities up to 123 GPH. Like all AquFlow pumps, the Series 1000’s drive parts are fully enclosed in a single unibody housing and submerged in lubricating hydraulic oil, minimizing friction and wear.

AquFlow Series 1000 was the first to have deployed “Ruggedized Design” that we are well known for today. It is built to handle difficult liquids such as slurries, off-gasing and high viscosities, making it suitable for applications in water and wastewater treatment, oil and gas refinery, agricultural fertigation and more.

Liquid end materials are available in a variety of options including 316SS, Hastelloy C, Alloy 20, PVC, PVDF and PTFE. Depending on your chemical metering needs, we can help you choose the right model needed for your application.

Series 900

Designed from the ground up for high pressure–low flow applications, AquFlow’s Series 900 is the lowest flow hydraulic diaphragm metering pump on the market, with flows down to 0.01 GPH (less than 40 mL/hr). Made in compliance with API 675, the Series 900 can pump flow capacities up to 6.5 GPH at pressures as high as 3,000 PSI.

Aquflow delivers customized solutions for your choice of model depending on your application, whether it’s in oil & gas, pharmaceutical, food, or other chemical dosing industries.

With a turndown ratio of 10:1, the Series 900 delivers a metering accuracy of ±1% with options for manual and auto capacity controls.

Series 4000

The AquFlow Series 4000 is a rugged, compact, hydraulically actuated diaphragm metering pump. The pump is available in simplex or duplex configuration, with independent capacity adjustment for each pump head.

All Series 4000 drive parts are fully enclosed and operate in an oil bath which minimizes friction and wear while providing protection from harsh environments. A self-compensating hydraulic system ensures diaphragm position and eliminates the need for troublesome vacuum breakers and refill valve.

The easy-to-read micrometer knob enables convenient capacity adjustment between 0-100% while the pump is operating or stopped.
